My goal is to be the best. And even though I only have a small rolodex of customers, I feel like I have achieved it. I have provided Solutions for several new customers that they didn't receive from my competitors.
Pride is a huge part of it. That fluttering feeling in your chest, just knowing you nailed it. I have been getting a lot of that lately. That fluttering is how I know I am doing what I need to be. It is how I know I'm building relationships with my customers that will last forever. I won't stop learning and being on the edge of technology. Complacency will be what makes me just another bug guy. I refuse to dip into that category.
